This is an iridescent glass vase from the Royal Brierley's Studio art glass range. It has an abstract pattern in silver and grey which shimmers beautifully with an oil-on-water effect.
Royal Brierley commissioned the renowned craftsman Michael Harris to produce designs for their new Studio range. They wanted him to replicate his designs for Isle of Wight Studio Glass, such that they could be made in Royal Brierley's factory. These beautiful patterns were the result, available in half a dozen base colours.
