What's for sale?
This is a beautifully-coloured bangle in gold-coloured metal and two shades of emerald green. It was made by the American costume jewellery company Monet and has their signature in embossed on the inside of the bangle.
It's a segmented design, with gold-coloured bands separating the green, basse taille panels. We think that it's a nice colour combination and quite attractive.
Basse taille means low cut in French and refers to the technique of recessing shapes and panels with an engraved surface and filling them in with translucent enamel to create a shimmering appearance.
