Our shopping basket will tell you how much shipping will be.
- Add items to the basket, click "Calculate shipping" and select your country.
- Our delivery charges are determined by destination, total weight and total value, so you may be able to order several items for the same shipping fee.
- If your country is not listed, or a price for shipping is not available, then please contact us and we will try to help.
Shipping Prices and Durations
We're always interested to hear about your experience of our shipping service and if your order is untracked, we are grateful if you can tell us when it arrives, because it helps us compare shipping companies and give the best value service to our customers.
Shipping Options
Economy Shipping
This is the cheapest option. It will usually be sent without tracking information, which means we have to wait longer before investigating a shipment which appears to be taking a long time.
- Standard Shipping
This is usually sent with tracking information and is sometimes faster.
Ship to a Relay Point
This is a good option when available. Your order is tracked and delivered to a collection point, where it will wait until you go to collect it. There is often a choice of collection points and we will usually ask you to choose your preferred collection point, otherwise we will select the one nearest your delivery address. If we ask you for your preferred collection point and you don't provide it, we may have to cancel your order.
We try to accurately predict the cost of shipping so that our customers can place an order and pay for it at the same time. We maintain the right to cancel an order and refund the payment if we have badly underestimated the final cost of shipping for a particular order.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom
If you are in the UK, you have two ways to pay and import your order:
- If your order is less than €150* (£135), we can send it to you as "Duty Paid".
*The limit of £135 \ €150 is for the total value of the goods, not including postage, transport fees, insurance fees, VAT, import duties, or anything else. So you can order goods up to £135 \ €150 ex VAT in value, even though your final invoice will be be higher, after the postage and UK VAT has been added.
When entering your delivery address, choose "United Kingdom (VAT Paid)" .- The 20% UK VAT will be added to your order total, which you pay during checkout. There is no UK import duty on orders of this amount.
- There should be nothing more to pay when your order arrives in the UK. We are registered with HMRC as an overseas seller, so we send the VAT you have paid to HMRC during our quarterly VAT returns.
- We attach all the necessary paperwork to your parcel so that it passes through UK customs without further charges. If we make a mistake, we will consider any fees you might incur as a result.
- The 20% UK VAT will be added to your order total, which you pay during checkout. There is no UK import duty on orders of this amount.
- If your order is more than €150, you pay the UK VAT, UK Duty and the courier's administration fee when it arrives in the UK.
This will add considerable extra cost to your order, so please bear this in mind:- Your order and payment must be processed manually by us. To get started, contact us and we will give you an estimate of what you will have to pay. We don't charge for this extra work.
- If you want to proceed, we will send you a PayPal invoice, in Euros, for the item price shown on our website, so not including the UK VAT. After payment we arrange the shipment and necessary paperwork for the UK customs, as normal.
- When your order arrives in the UK, HMRC will charge you 20% UK VAT on your order, plus any applicable import duty**. The courier will charge you an administration fee*** and will contact you for payment before they hand over your order.
** Import duty depends on what is being imported. It is usually 5%, although some are duty free and others are higher.
*** The Royal Mail is currently charging £8 for collecting the VAT. - Please note that if you refuse to pay the VAT and admin fee, your order will be returned to us at our expense, your order will be cancelled and we will either reduce your refund, or send you a new invoice, to recover our expenses.
- Your order and payment must be processed manually by us. To get started, contact us and we will give you an estimate of what you will have to pay. We don't charge for this extra work.

Andorra (AD), Austria (AT), Australia (AU), Belgium (BE), Bulgaria (BG), Canada (CA), Switzerland (CH), Cyprus (CY), Czech Republic (CZ), Germany (DE), Denmark (DK), Estonia (EE), Spain (ES), Finland (FI), France (FR), Greece (GR), Croatia (HR), Hungary (HU), India (IN), Ireland (IE), Iceland (IS), Italy (IT), Japan (JP), Republic Of (South) Korea (KR), Liechtenstein (LI), Lithuania (LT), Luxembourg (LU), Latvia (LV), Monaco (MC), Malta (MT), Malaysia (MY), Netherlands (NL), Norway (NO), New Zealand (NZ), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Sweden (SE), Singapore (SG), Slovenia (SI), Slovakia (Slovak Republic) (SK), San Marino (SM), Thailand (TH), the United Kingdom (GB), the United States (US) and Viet Nam (VN).
Due to the high cost of shipping, we might not ship to your country. And for some countries, we can only ship smaller and lighter parcels.
The checkout process and the "Calculate shipping" tool on the shopping basket will tell you if shipping is possible. If shipping is not available, please get in touch to see if we can help.
Import taxes and customs duties
Important! We are shipping from Belgium, which is inside the European Union's single market. Outside the European Union, your order may pass through customs offices and be subject to tax and import duties which you will have to pay. So, before placing an order with us, please check this with your government or postal service.
