French Gold-rimmed Liqueur Glasses

What's for sale?

This is a set of six French, aperitif, shot or liqueur glasses with a large, 50ml capacity.

They have an interesting shape, like small brandy glasses and are probably from the 1960s or 70s. They sit easily in the hand, and we also like the appearance of the slightly faded banding around the rim.

They are made from pressed glass, meaning the molten glass was forced into a mould, which is visible from the mould lines.

What condition are they in?

• Second-hand
• In good physical condition with no chips or cracks
• The gold banding is faded on all of the glasses

What are the measurements?

• 8cm high (3.15 inches)
• 3.5cm in diameter (1.38 inches)
• 50ml capacity
• 118g each
