This is a pair of square, Baltic amber and Sterling silver stud earrings for pierced ears.  

Each earring is formed from a square of Sterling silver with notched, opposing corners, which is mounted with a single cushion of cognac-coloured, Baltic amber.

It's a contemporary piece by Henryka, the innovative jewellery maker and silversmith based in Hereford in England.
