This is a signed pair of domed stud earrings for pierced ears, made by Napier in gold tone metal.
They have an embossed, cobbled surface and mid-sheen finish.
It's a classic shape and an elegant look from a long-standing and collectable costume jewellery maker.
Who made them and when?
They were made by the American costume jewellery maker Napier. On the back, they're minutely stamped with a mark used from 1965, which probably dates them between 1965 and 1970s:
