This is the rare "Nicolas G Hayek Center" version of the "Swiss Ski", unisex watch made by Swatch for the Swiss watchmaker's Autumn/Winter 2007 catalogue. The model number is SUMK103D.
This version was limited to 300 pieces and celebrated the May 2007 opening of the Tokyo headquarters of the Swatch Group in Japan. Nicolas G. Hayek was co-founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Swatch Group.
It's a striking colour combination of red and white, incorporating crosses from the Swiss national flag. The movement is visible from both sides. The dial has a narrow, red band with white numerals, the hour and minute hands are luminous white, and there's a red sweep second hand. It's clear and easy to read.
The strap is made of silicone, with a clear plastic buckle and two strap retainers. Printed on the retainers is the distinguishing text "Nicolas G. Hayek Center" and "Tokyo 2007".
Inside the clear resin case is a reliable ETA quartz movement powered by a 377 battery.
It comes with the special edition presentation box and corporate literature, as pictured.
Who made it and when?
Originally designed by Swatch in 2006 for their 2007 Autumn & Winter Catalogue, this special version was produced for the May 2007 opening of the Tokyo headquarters of the Swatch Group in Japan. On the face it reads:

What condition is it in?
- New-old-stock (old retailer stock that hasn't been retailed)
- In very good condition
- The protective, outer paper sleeve is creased and torn at the corners
- The rest of the packaging is very good
- Our watches are stored running with batteries fitted and a new battery will be fitted prior to dispatch
- The Swatch warranty has expired, but ours has not
