A pretty, signed, floral brooch with enamelled petals and leaf. Second-hand.

This is a large and pretty, floral brooch by the New York costume jewellery maker Weiss.
It has a gold-coloured metal body, white enamelled petals, a single green enamelled leaf and domed, yellow Lucite in the centre of each flower. It is secured by a roll-over clasp.
Embossed on the back is "WEISS ©". Weiss was founded in 1942 by Albert Weiss, who was formerly a designer with Coro, another famous American costume jewellery manufacturer. The copyright symbol on the maker's mark dates it after 1955 so this item was made between that year and 1971 when Weiss ceased operations.
What condition is it in?
