Blue and White Cast Iron Wall Mounted Coffee Grinder

Vintage, blue and white, wall mounted coffee grinder

This is a very old, authentic and fully-working, wall-mounted coffee grinder.

It has an earthenware hopper, decorated with a classic, blue and white windmill scene and "café".

It has a heavy, iron grinder and crank with wooden-covered handle. On the body of the grinder is an embossed "AK", presumably the maker. Beneath is a typical glass container for capturing the ground coffee, embossed with "1/2", "1" and "1 1/2".

The back board has been repainted or re-varnished at some time since.
