Café Gomia Belgium Coffee Tin

What's for sale?

This is a mid 20th century coffee tin from Belgium, branded in French and Dutch, with an integral pop-out pourer on the side.

The tin was made for the Brussels-based company SANO, hence the dual language packaging for Flanders and Wallonia.

We don't know when it was made, although to us the graphics suggest the 1940s and 1950s.

What condition is it in?

• Second-hand
• In fair to good condition
• There are scratches and rust spots all over
• The colours are bright
• The graphics are clear
• The pop-out pourer works well
• There are no dents
• The lid fits tightly

What are the measurements?

• 19cm high (7.5 inches)
• 13.5cm diameter (just over 5.25 inches)
• 284 grams
