Large Grey and White Studio Pottery Teapot

What's for sale?

This is a large, handmade studio pottery teapot. It's an interesting design and has obviously been made by a talented potter.

The main body has a matt, chalky-white finish, with flecks of dark grey. The beautiful, little shell-like lid has a smooth, silky finish in medium grey.

The teapot is heavy and holds nearly 2 litres. An additional, half-hoop handle has been placed above the spout.

The potter's mark has been impressed at the base of the handle, but we haven't been able to identify it.

• No chips or cracks

• 27cm from handle to spout
• 1613 grams
• Capacity is just under 2 litres
