This is a 1950s or 1960s, table top game of skill with an aquatic theme. It is made from plastic and was manufactured in Britain by the American toy company Louis Marx and Company.
The idea of the game is to hold it upright and roll the small metal ball from left to right, dropping down through eleven levels to the finish.
The graphics depict men in boats at the surface, beneath are guys and girls in swim suits, along with fish, octopus and a treasure chest. Unfortunately, there are no clambakes or rock lobsters in this game.
Who made it and when?
It was made by the American toy company Louis Marx and Company at their British factory at Swansea in Wales. Marx Toys were in production from 1919 to 1980 and the Swansea factory was opened in the 1950s to make toys for the British market.
At the bottom right of the game is the Marx logo, which comprises the letters "MAR" in a circle with a large "X" behind it. The "X" can go unnoticed, so their toys are sometimes mistakenly identified as MAR Toys.

- There is a crack half way up the left side and a slight vertical bow around it
