What's for sale?
This is a handmade, Victorian, round pottery jug with pewter lid.
It has a glossy finish, hand-painted in blue and black, with gold coloured highlights of rings and stars.
The lid is hinged and the thumb lift is an oriental fish or sea serpent with raised tail.
The handle has been applied at an angle.
What condition is it in?
- Second-hand
- In good condition
- The lid has kept its shape well
- The gold highlights and are worn in places, particularly on the handle
- No chips or cracks
