Delphine Teacup, Saucer & Plate Trio

What's for sale?

This is a bone china Delphine trio of teacup, saucer and plate, decorated with floral pattern and black and gold rims.

Delphine was made by Hudson & Middleton of Longton, Staffordshire. All three pieces carry their mark, which dates them between 1930 and 1941 and reads:

• made in england
• delphine china
• est. 1870

We like using non-identical, but similar trios to make up a tea set. They're interesting to use, nice to display and you can always change what's in the "set".

What condition is it in?

• Second-hand
• In good condition
• The surface of the plate shows some wear
• There are manufacturing marks on the glaze inside the teacup and underneath the saucer and plate

Cup

• 6.5cm high
• 9.5cm in diameter to the handle

Saucer

• 14cm diameter
• 2cm high

Plate

• 18cm diameter
• 2cm high
