This is a two-pint, china coffee pot with matching milk jug and sugar bowl made by Poole Pottery in their "Broadstone" pattern.

They are dishwasher and oven safe.

Who made them and when?

Made by Poole Pottery, this dolphin mark is known as "Factory Mark 63" and was used between 1970 and 1976:
