What's for sale?
This is a stylish, five-light, silver plated candelabra with twisted arms reminiscent of the 18th century designs of Robert Adam.
There are candle holders on each of the four entwined arms, and a single candle holder on the central column.
It's a compact candelabra with all five lights close together. We like it because compliments a table without dominating it.
It's solid and heavy, which is an advantage of silver plate: solid silver candlesticks are often hollow and require a filler to give them weight.
The candle holders can be unscrewed for cleaning. Each socket will hold a candle of 23mm diameter.
What condition is it in?
- Second-hand
- In good condition and without damage
- The silver plate is very good overall, but there is tarnishing
