This is an, original, handmade Arts & Crafts, copper chamberstick from the Keswick School of Industrial Art, in Britain's Lake District.
It is in the Arts and Crafts style, having a raised flower with scalloped edges for the candle holder and an organic, swirling pattern of decoration punched into the dish from both sides. The early "K S I A" mark is stamped into the flower's stalk.
The Keswick school was founded around 1884 by Canon Rawnsley and his wife. They were friends of John Ruskin and like many others in the Arts and Crafts movement, were inspired by his writings. His way of looking at the world and it's creations was quite revolutionary: Fine art is that in which the hand, the head, and the heart of man go together.

The Arts and Crafts movement started in Britain around 1870 or 1880. It was a movement of traditional workmanship using romantic or folk styles of decoration and was a reaction to society's change in priorities in how objects were manufactured. More at the V & A museum.
